Hand in hand, they reinterpret with brio the regional flavours: their energy is free, creative, driven by camaraderie and authenticity. During this exceptional evening, guests are invited to discover six acts of a menu between land and sea. A concerto of inspired flavours highlighting turbot, squid, scarlet prawn and thyme with a final note around Riviera citrus, then followed by elderberry… Tasteful discoveries are expected by the Mediterranean Sea throughout these long-time friends' cuisine.
