Violette figs from Solliès, grown in the Var country, are now ready to be picked. A true specialty of the region, Violette figs draw their taste and delicacy from the quality of their environment and the savoir-faire of its producers. They also inspired our Pastry Chef Florent Manini in the creation of a new dessert. A creation combining the sweetness of fig, the vivacity of orange and the floral touch of patchouli in a delicious bouquet of flavours. An intense and harmonious blend that enhances the precious aromas of Provence.
