Cheval Blanc St-Barth invites Chef Fabien Ferré

From November 5th to 10th 2024, Cheval Blanc St-Barth and La Case welcome Chef Fabien Ferré, France's youngest 3-star Michelin chef, for a singular culinary experience at the St-Barth Gourmet Festival.

In collaboration with Chef Dimitri Wind, he will propose a menu fusing signature cuisine with the richness of Caribbean flavors.
