From April 6th to 10th, Cheval Blanc St-Barth celebrates Angelo Musa’s creativity for Easter.
Former World Pastry Champion and Meilleur Ouvrier de France, he constantly redefines the boundaries of his pastry to create a new genre, at the crossroads of magnificent tastes, exceptional pairings and thoughtful designs. He is the author of avant-garde techniques that have shaped up a new pastry landscape.
Le Kiosque will unveil the chef's creativity and expertise with a selection of sweet treats to take away, including his unique creation: « L’île de Pâques », a chocolate egg, to be shared with family or friends.
