As the evening light softened, Chef Arnaud Donckele unveiled a culinary voyage inspired by Provence, drawing from fragrant gardens to sunlit orchards and the sea’s gentle salt. Each course found its echo in the elegant cuvées of Maison Ruinart, a marriage of finesse and terroir.

Beneath the shade of ancient pines, the evening unfolded slowly in delight. Flavours lingered, moments took root. As the evening drew to a close, the fireworks of Sainte-Maxime and Saint-Tropez illuminated the horizon, a final touch to sublimate this Mediterranean reverie.
