To celebrate Epiphany, from Friday 6 to Sunday 8 of January, Cheval Blanc Courchevel presents its galettes des rois, also called Kings Cake.
Under its crispy inverted puff pastry, the signature galette is made from almonds and Courchevel fir tree powder. Filled with a bitter almond cream and covered with an opaline, this galette offers a genuine return to childhood around authentic and gourmet flavours.
For chocolate lovers, achocolate puff pastry galette, filled with almond cream, fresh pears and 70% dark chocolate chips is available
In addition, you will find two traditional brioches des rois, one covered with candied fruit made from natsuc (an alternative to white sugar, extracted from birch bark), the other one topped with 70% dark chocolate chips.
Join us at Le Bar de la Maison for a tea time including a slice and a hot drink, at 26€ per person. Also available by the slice or as a whole dessert at Le Restaurant de Cheval Blanc Courchevel.
