Protection charter for our Guests and Ambassadeurs

In the context of easing of restrictions following the Covid-19 pandemic

 

The well-being and health of our Guests and Ambassadeurs is at the heart of the initiatives put in place by Cheval Blanc St-Barth Isle de France to guarantee their safety without compromising the quality of their experience with us, at all times.

The adopted measures are in alignment with hygiene and safety policies already in place at our Maison, and will be discretely implemented by our teams, to ensure peace of mind for our Guests during their stay.

Thus, the protocols, perfectly in-sink with the measures decreed by the government, have been integrated with our procedures to guarantee everyone’s well-being, and to offer those who so wish, a reduced number of points of contact.

It goes without saying that our teams remain entirely open to any specific needs of our Guests, adapting accordingly within the limits of safety measures.

Please also note that the French Government has adopted the application of a Sanitary Pass for adults aged 18 and over. People wishing to have access to places and events where the Sanitary Pass is required (fitness centre, hotels, bars, restaurants, public events) can present three types of documents:

Depending on the user’s choice, the Sanitary Pass may be either on a paper or digital support.

For your comfort and in order for you to move freely within our Maison during your stay, we would be very grateful if you could send us by email prior to your stay, or hand over to us upon arrival, the document or QR code certifying your vaccination or immunity.

If your Sanitary Pass is obtained by a PCR or antigen test, you will have to make sure that it is renewed every 72 hours. 

Travel requirements to St-Barthélemy:

Travels between Saint-Barthélemy and foreign countries are allowed under certain conditions and depending on the health situation of these countries and the vaccination of travelers:
