This healthy breakfast has been conceived by Dietician Virginie Rodriguez to meet each guest’s nutritional needs and to offer an alternative to most common food intolerances. This breakfast is suitable for vegetarians, vegans, people intolerant to lactose, gluten, and cow milk proteins, as well as for all gourmets who care about their well-being.
All fruit and vegetables are selected depending on the season and come from local producers. Most ingredients are organically farmed, and all dishes are prepared upon request by the Chef and his team.
Each ingredient has been carefully chosen and selected, free from refined sugars, trans fatty acids and processed ingredients, with a low glycaemic index. 100% natural, cold-pressed extra-virgin coconut oil is used for cooking. Ideal for cooking at high temperatures, this oil is certified organic in France and is rich in lauric acids, free from genetically modified products, lactose-free, wheat-free, gluten-free, yeast-free, with no artificial flavourings, colourings or preservatives.
Chia Seeds: calcium and good fatty acids sources (omega 3), they also help with intestinal transit.
Golden Linseeds: source of non-irritant fibres, they help to lower blood cholesterol.
Cranberry Powder: it prevents urinary tract infections and lowers gastric acidity.
Raspberry Powder: Natural anti-inflammatory. Prevents diabetes and regulates blood sugar levels.
