Le Jardin
Nestled on the 7th floor of Cheval Blanc Paris, Le Jardin is a lush, elevated oasis an ideal summer retreat high above the city’s bustle.
Le Jardin is open from Wednesday to Sunday, from May 22nd, weather permitting.
Lunch is served from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm, dinner from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm, and the bar is open from 2:30 pm to 6:30 pm.
Japanese Restaurant
Hakuba
A gastronomic immersion into a ritualised Japan.
Awarded two MICHELIN stars.
Hakuba is open for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday starting from 6:30 pm.
The Japanese restaurant will be exceptionally closed from Sunday 19 of July to Tuesday 25 of August inclusive for the summer break.
Contemporary Brasserie & Bar
Le Tout-Paris
A new spirit of brasserie fuses with a cocktail bar to embrace the Parisian skyline.
Awarded one MICHELIN star.
Open every day, from 7 am to 1 am.

Italian Restaurant
Langosteria
The Italian beat for fine-dining.
Open for dinner every evening from 6:00 pm to 11:00 pm, for lunch from Wednesday to Sunday, from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
Langosteria will be exceptionally closed from Monday 3 to Sunday 23 August inclusive for a summer break.
Gastronomic Restaurant
Plénitude
Blending Absolutes in the heart of Paris.
Awarded three MICHELIN stars, five toques and a 19/20 rating by Gault & Millau.
Open from Tuesday to Saturday, from 7.30 pm.
Plénitude will be exceptionally closed from Sunday 2 August to Tuesday 1 September inclusive for a summer break.
