As the warm days return, Le Jardin blossoms on the 7th floor of Cheval Blanc Paris. This lush 650 m² terrace reveals itself as a suspended haven in the heart of the capital, designed as a true summertime escape. An open-air living space, it celebrates the sunny season with a joyful, relaxed and unmistakably Parisian atmosphere.

From Wednesday to Sunday, Le Jardin becomes the stage for delightful and convivial moments, from midday until nightfall. Under the guidance of Chef William Béquin, the menu honours freshness and seasonal flavours: a delicate tart with multicoloured cherry tomatoes, traditional petits farcis tomatoes with poultry, peppers with beef, onions with veal. For those with a sweet tooth, the ice cream sundae crafted by Chef Maxime Frédéric is a nod to the dolce vita this strawberry dessert combines creaminess and generosity in the spirit of Italian gelato.

The décor is vibrant and sun-kissed, blending elegance and whimsy: red and white furniture, bright yellow accents, blooming rose bushes, potted geraniums and warm-toned hydrangeas create a lush scene, enhanced by aromatic hints of thyme, basil and mint. A countryside-inspired atmosphere made for wandering, savouring and escaping like being on holiday, right in the heart of Paris.

The experience continues with friends or family around a table football or a giant Connect Four, where young and old can enjoy playful challenges. A promise of a Parisian getaway, postcards are placed on each table, ready to be written and sent to share the fondest memories of an alfresco lunch or sunset apéritif.
