Chef William Béquin presents a menu bursting with fresh, seasonal flavours: a vibrant cherry tomato tart, Provençal-style stuffed vegetables with poultry, beef and peppers, onions and veal and to finish, the iconic strawberry sundae imagined by Pastry Chef Maxime Frédéric, reminiscent of a classic Italian gelato.
