In the heart of the Maldives, many activities await you to enjoy the wonders of the ocean: dolphin cruises, scuba diving, snorkeling, etc. Our Ambassadors can also access a private beach by boat daily, and register every two weeks for specially designed fishing trips.
Taking part in the nocturnal activities
The AmBar is a bar specially dedicated to our Ambassadeurs.Many events are organised such as karaoke evenings, DJ nights, movies night and even games nights... This adventure also offers the opportunity to discover Maldivian culture, for example, during a boduberu evening.
Living a cosmopolitan life
In a spirit of joy and community, our team brings together many nationalities, creating a harmonious work environment where collaboration and cultures meet. In the same spirit, numerous social events are organized, such as health awareness sessions and a celebration of Children's Day on a neighboring local island.

We aspire to reach beyond the industry standards in taking care of our Ambassadeurs and at the same time be transparent about the Maison and the working and living conditions at your disposal.
There are 3 categories of accommodation; 4 sharing, twin sharing and single accommodation.
Accommodation is allocated based on the job level.
There are about one third of our Ambassadeurs accommodated in a local island with regular ferry transportation between the Maison.
The Ambassadeur cafeteria provides breakfast, lunch and dinner and during meals the team of dedicated chefs aim to provide a comprehensive menu of healthy international cuisine options.
The heart of the Maison has Ambassadeur Bar, Multi-purpose court for sports, swimming pool, gym, shop, cooking station, self-service laundry for personal clothing, clinic with a doctor and nurse.
We are about 40 minutes away from the capital Male’ by seaplane and you should pack your suitcase fit for a tropical destination with the exception of attire for a night out.
Full sets of work attire including uniforms, shoes and accessories are provided with laundry service for your uniforms.
