From the 15th to the 25th of October, Ruinart is returning to Cheval Blanc Paris for the second consecutive year with a pop-up dining experience dedicated to the Champagne vineyards. Set within an immersive design inspired by the historic vineyards of Taissy and the gardens at 4 rue des Crayères in Reims, chef Arnaud Donckele has created an exclusive menu paired with the House's iconic cuvées, complemented by masterclasses.
Around a large shared table for 16 to 18 guests, Chef Arnaud Donckele orchestrates two lunches and six dinners. For this second edition, he presents a seven-course menu designed in harmony with the cuvées of the oldest champagne House.
Showcasing his mastery of sauces and his knowledge of the terroirs, the Chef composes precise pairings that elevate the expression of the champagnes.

Hosted by a Ruinart ambassador, the "Signature Chardonnay" and "Cave des Millésimes" masterclasses offer an exploration of the champagne House's emblematic cuvées.
Each tasting is accompanied by three signature bites created by Chef Arnaud Donckele, specially designed to elevate the pairings between gastronomy and champagne.
