In the ephemeral setting of La Table Ruinart x Cheval Blanc Paris, Arnaud Donckele invites guests on 24 and 25 October to an unprecedented culinary journey.
Through a seven-course menu, each creation pays tribute to the richness of the terroirs and the art of sauces, in perfect harmony with Maison Ruinart’s emblematic cuvées, from Blancs Singuliers to the rarest Dom Ruinart.
In an intimate salon for just twenty guests, inspired by the Maison’s historic chalk cellars, these dinners create a delicate dialogue between gastronomy and heritage.

On 24 and 26 October, La Table Ruinart hosts poetic Masterclasses celebrating the Maison’s emblematic grape variety, Chardonnay. Guided by a Ruinart ambassador, guests will taste three iconic expressions — Blanc de Blancs, Blanc Singulier and Dom Ruinart — paired with refined bites crafted by Arnaud Donckele, for an immersion into the soul of the oldest champagne Maison.

Embark on a private one-hour cruise along the Seine, from Port des Saint-Pères to Port des Champs-Élysées, highlighted by a majestic passage in front of the Eiffel Tower. Welcomed by a Ruinart guide, you will enjoy complimentary champagne and a gourmet hamper, accompanied by savoury creations from Carte Blanche and the attentive service of a butler.
