I. PRESENTATION

The website www.randheli.chevalblanc.com (otherwise known as the "Site"), is published by LVMH Hotel Management (hereafter "LVMH HM"), a company organized and existing under the laws of France, registered under n°501 672 794 RCS Nanterre, with a share capital of 300 000 euro, whose registered office is located at 65, avenue Edouard-Vaillant, 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt, France.

The use of the Site will be subject to the terms and conditions described below (hereafter the "Terms and Conditions"), whose purpose is to define the terms of access and use of the Site by any person (hereafter the "User").

The Site presents hotel and catering services provided by LVMH HM, and in particular offers Users the possibility to address online enquiries and book a Cheval Blanc hotel reservation.

DATA PROTECTION POLICY

I. GENERAL INFORMATION

LVMH HM may collect personal data via the website www.randheli.chevalblanc.com (otherwise known as the "Site") from any person (hereafter the "User") addressing online enquiries to LVMH HM or booking a Cheval Blanc hotel reservation.

Collection and treatment of personal data provided by Users to LVMH HM through the online enquiry form or the booking reservation system are governed by French Law n°78-17 of 6 January 1978 (as modified).

II. RIGHT TO ACCESS, CORRECT AND DELETE DATA AND TO OBJECT TO DATA PROCESSING

Users have the right to access, correct and delete personal data relating to them, and to object to the processing of such data, by addressing a written request, at any time, to LVMH HM, 65, avenue Edouard-Vaillant, 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt, France or to the following email address: hotelmanagement@lvmh.fr.

III. MANAGEMENT OF PERSONAL DATA

3.1 Purpose of data collection

LVMH HM collects Users personal data via the Site for the following purposes only:
- answering online inquiries and sending information about Cheval Blanc hotel and catering services;
- allowing Users to book a Cheval Blanc hotel reservation.

Required information (principally first name, last name, address and email) must be entered in the information fields marked with an asterisk in data collection forms. If these fields are not completed, LVMH HM will be unable to address User requests.

3.2 Retention of data

Personal data are retained by LVMH HM for the period of time required for the purposes described above. The period of retention shall not exceed three (3) years as from the date of the last operation requested by the User and requiring the processing of its personal data.

3.3 Data recipients

LVMH HM is the recipient of User personal data.

LVMH HM will not send User’s personal data to a third party unless:
- the User has given his/her prior approval to share such personal data with such third party;
- LVMH HM has to share the User’s personal data with such third party in order to provide the services requested by the User or answer its request;
- LVMH HM is required by a judicial authority or any other administrative authority to transfer User’s personal data to such authority.

For the purposes of online booking reservation, User’s personal data will be stored on a centralized basis on servers hosted by a Germany-based services provider:

3.4 Personal data security and privacy

LVMH HM has implemented technical and organizational security measures, in conformity with the state of the art, in particular with regard to the security of its information system.

LVMH HM has put in place suitable precautions to ensure the security and privacy of User’s personal data, and to prevent it from being altered, corrupted, destroyed or accessed by unauthorised third parties.

When booking a Cheval Blanc hotel reservation, the User may enter a password, which will be associated to a personal account, in order to comply with LVMH HM security policy.
