The Table de Partage

A made-to-order table specially created by the designer Gilles Hoang for Cheval Blanc, the « Table de Partage » hosts very private dining parties.

The Table de Partage

With no set menu but following his inspirations and guests’ desires, the chef offers a culinary experience in the pure mountain tradition for eight to sixteen guests. In the intimacy of this private dining room, guests are invited to share convivial dishes such as a salt-crusted whole sea bass, beef ribs or an authentic Saint-Honoré, and drink wines served from magnums only.
