Le Triptyque
Cheval Blanc Courchevel worked hand-in-hand with architect Peter Marino to create a vibrant vision for Le Triptyque. With accents of bursts of red patina, the décor is accentuated with several unique works of art – including Niedermayr’s famed trilogy - each boasting the colour white as a common thread.
From breakfast to dinner, the restaurant offers a delectable menu celebrating, above all, the quality of hand-selected ingredients. Upon request, the chefs regularly host a terrace-front barbecue serving savoury delicacies.
